Animal Noises Benefit CD Released

Ottawa, June 13, 2003 - Three months ago, local musicians raised over 
$1,100.00 for the Ottawa Humane Society at the Animal Noises 1 benefit 
concert.  Now their efforts have been captured on compact discs that are 
being sold in pet supply stores and music outlets around the city.  The 
recording of the Animal Noises 1 benefit concert captures ten of the 
best songs performed that night and is being sold to raise even more 
money to support the cause of animal welfare in the National Capital 
Region.

On March 22nd of this year, Café Dekcuf was the site of a crowded 
performance by local artists including Tammy Raybould, Charley Beck, 
Picklecatz, DarkStar and Sweetland.  The musicians generously donated 
their time and talents to help raise money in support of this important 
cause and have gone even further in contributing to a compilation album 
that captures the intensity and energy of the show.

Purchasable for $10.00 with proceeds going to the Ottawa Humane Society, 
the Animal Noises 1 CD is on sale at the following locations:

The Ottawa Humane Society is a non-profit, community-based organization
